Batch file to delete lines in txt file

Specs: Windows XP, Centrino 2 vPro
Example, I have a text file and the contents are:

Dog
Cat
Bird flies
Bird is small
Horse
Horse
Cat eats
Dog
Cow eats
Cow
Bird eats

How do I write a batch file that will remove any line that has the word "Bird" in it and export the result into a new file?

Correction!

My question actually is: How do I write a batch file that will remove any line that has the word "Bird" AND any line that has "Cat" in it and export the result into a new file?
