Solved babylon search on IE

July 25, 2013 at 10:55:26
Specs: Windows XP
When I open a new tab on IE I get the BABYLON SEARCH notification. I once downloaded BABYLON but didn't like it and have deleted all the files that I can find yet I still get this BABYLON SEARCH when I open a new tab in IE. I deleted the files under MY COMPUTER as well as anything else labeled BABYLON, but I still get this ONLY when I open a new tab on IE. Any suggestions on how to fully delete it?

✔ Best Answer
Did you look in Control Panel Add-Remove programs and try uninstalling it from there?

Try this free program and use the Delete button to let it remove all it finds:

If necessary run Revo Uninstaller (free):

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

A malwarebytes scan may remove it but since you've already done a partial removal this might help:

Also, you can download malwarebytes here if you need it:

(It's the download button on the upper right side of the page.)
