Autostart CD rom for PC and Mac

Specs: Windows XP
I need to develop an interactive flash based cd rom that can load and auto play on a mac and pc. Is this as simple setting up seperate directories for the OS specific auto start info and buring it as a multi session cd? or is there something else? I will be developing it using a PC....

I don't think you need to make two different partitions. Autostart may be (and should be) disabled on some machines. Just tell the people to run the show.

I know BeOS install cd did are real neat trick on making both x86 an mac bootable on the same cd. If you need to then they would know how. I have read it before on the web, might see if the beos bible is still on line about that.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10

Thanks I will check out BeOS. Will that preclude me needing to create a partition on the CD?

As far as the other point, The client specifically wants it to run automatically on both systems.
