Audio HQ Task Bar

Specs: Windows XP
A required DevCon32.DLL cannot be found. Make sure that the file is in the correct directory. This is the message I get every start up, and no sound from my computer. Had Windows ME so i installed windows XP and this is when error and no sound began.

candymuffler, SWAG, XP and ME are VERY different. Suspect you need to update you sound card drivers.

candymuffler, take a look at your computer specs (under programs>accessories>system tools>system information). There,you should see your card listed. Chances are, they maintain a website where you can find the latest.

I have exactly the same problem and my soundcard is not listed it happened after a installed windows msn live!
I try to restore defaults, I tried updates, the computer does not recongnize the sound card.
The cd installation I have was for windows98 platform and now I have the XP professional. It was working just fine till now. I really don't know what to do next.
I guess I need the full instalation pack SB Live! Value compatible for Windows XP, how can I get it?
