Aspire one startup problem

Specs: Windows XP, 3mb
DURING THE START UP OF MY ASPIRE ONE AFTER APPROX ONE MINUTE THE COMPUTER IS BLOCKED COMPLETELY. IT IS POSSIBLE TO NAVIGATE WITH AN EXTERNAL MOUSE. ( THE TOUCHPAD IS BLOCKED) BUT DOUBLE CLICKING WILL NOT ACTIVITE ANY COMMAD . ALSO THE INDIVIDUAL KEYS ARE BLOCKED.

wHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO UNBLOCK THE COMPUTER?

1st of all...why not turn off the CAPS button as it means you are shouting?

Did the computer ever work right since you owned it?

Hi,

I kinda have the same problem with JAN SPRONK.
I have an Acer Aspire One D250 Netbook. It worked well the first time I bought it. However, I tried installing programs like ESET Nod32 antivirus, google chrome, bitcomet and I have also uninstalled some programs using CCleaner. The Netbook then asked to have the laptop restarted so that changes can be made completely. I restarted it as requested, however, after a few minutes of starting it up it freezes. The mouse pointer can be moved however, icons and the start button are not clickable anymore. I tried to have it stayed for a few more minutes, considering that the reason might be because it's still on the process of starting up. But nothing took place. I have also tried restarting it all over again but still nothing took place. What's worst is i'm turning off my laptop improperly. I badly need help on this one, if you guys could help me restore my laptop's life the soonest possible, I'd gladly appreciate it!

what happens if you tap f8 on bootup and get into safemode? Does it work then?

Hi guys i got the same problem with my acer he just boot up and after that nothing just turn off automatic!!!!!!!!!!!
no response from acer also
till i hear from somebody and i brought the laptop to plymouth-computers-plus
i m very gratefull that man did it right away for me !
no the laptop works very fine i recommend you to do the same
