After updating to SP3, Windows Sounds problem

January 17, 2012 at 17:28:08
Specs: Windows Vista
My computer is used as a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). In order to install the latest version of the DAW software I use (Sonar) it required updating my OS to XP SP3.

SInce I updated to SP3, I have not been able to get the Windows Sounds to not play even though I disabled them. When I reboot the computer the sounds are active again.

Any ideas on how I can disable them and make it "stick" ?

Thanks.

How about setting each one of them to "none" instead?
