You should remove your email address from this post unless you like spammers. No one will respond to you by email. Stick to the forum.
The idea on a forum like this is that you ask a question and someone answers it so that everyone can see the answer. That is how knowledge is spread around to everyone. There is no reason why a power outage should prevent a computer from booting unless the hard disk was in the middle of doing something at the time and the file system is corrupt. Or the power outage was proceeded by a current surge which sometimes happens.
In order to get any answer we need to know exactly what happened. Do you see anything on the screen, do you get any error messages.

While i am in work.Suddenly power outrage happened.I don't have U.P.S .Later when i tried to start my p.c during booting it is unable to boot and it displays a message as
"CHECK SOME ERROR OCCURS".How to overcome this problem.My O.S is Windows X P.please reply to me.Thank u.
The fact that you get an error message on the screen indicates that the power supply is probably good. Try booting from a Windows XP boot disk and going to the repair console. From there run chkdsk and see if that solves the problem. The power outage may have corrupted the file system.
