I try to boot from CD rom to repair the Windows but it run for a while then appear the blue screen tell me that setup can not continue because of HDD error or newly device plugin. I try many time but everything the same. Thanks to everybodu who could help me

Just reload the entire system from the OEM cd/dvd's.

Then be sure to make a limited user account. Install all the updates to the OS. Install all updates to norton.

Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?
