February 7, 2011 at 05:29:41
Specs: Windows Vista
when I respond to a new mail, nothing is showing up on my new mail, even when I highlight the mail I am respondimng to into a new mail, it doesn't show up, so I now have to copy and past everything into a new mail. Before when I hit reply to a mail, the message I was replying to was there, now when I reply, nothing shows up in my reply mail, and even if I highlight their message into a reply, nothing shows up, so when I answer a mail, I now have to copy and past into my reply mail
How do I fix this
Thanks for any help
Barb

In the send options, you can choose to include or exclude the original text in a reply, so you either to put a checkmark there or not.
