Windows mail is suddenly asking for my email address/password. When I put the password in it says its wrong. It's been fine til this evening
I've found this is often server problems (internet OK but not email). Wait a few hours then try again.

I have seen this happen. After a time it always works. If not, contact your email provider.
It seems that Windows Mail has only one error message. If your system was working fine then was not working fine it does not mean that your username/password is suddenly wrong. When I see these type of messages I know that my credentials are fine. I simply wait a while because you will find the problem is your ISP or connection to your ISP. Windows Mail is not sophisticated enough to know when an error occurs in the distribution path.
