I use windows mail not windows live mail just regular windows mail to send and receive my road runner and AOL mail. After 2yrs. problem free I started having trouble Friday night and it wouldn't connect. Did a reboot and that solved it. Now today all of a sudden just the AOL won't connect.

The strange thing is I have my laptop with windows 7 configured with windows mail too not windows live but windows mail, found a site on how to configure it and it connects fine and gets the mail still. The laptop I use wireless to connect to the net.

On the desktop mail I was getting erorr about log in name and password wrong besides a few other errors and I messed with nothing but I went into the server tab for AOL and redid it but that didn't solve the problem. Here is what is coming up when it tries to connect for the AOL mail. Just stumped why the laptop is working and not the desktop. Mary
