Solved While resetting my windows to factory setting my computer wa

Specs: iPad
While my computer was resetting windows vista premium to factory settings , my computer was shut down midway to resetting. Now when I start up I keep getting instructions to use backup up discs or original discs either of which I don’t have , no matter what I try pressing any of the f keys I just keep getting the same message .any help would be much appreciated

Disregarding the use of Vista at this time in history...; not a wise item to be using these days...

Does it allow you to boot into safe-mode?

And make/model of computer is always useful to have here...

If your system has a hardware problem, reinstalling Windows isn't going to fix it.

What was the reason for the factory reset?
Did the computer shutdown by itself during the reset or did someone manually shut it down?

You should NOT be running Vista in 2020. It's outdated, unsupported, & unsafe.
