iT SAYUS TO PRESS CTRL...ALT...DELETE...i DID THAT AND IT DOESN'T WORK

This error usually appears immediately after the Power On Self Test (POST) and may have several different causes. The most common reasons are misconfigured or corrupted files, corrupted hard drive sectors, Operating System upgrades, loose data cables, or the computer is trying to boot from a device that is not bootable such as a flash drive or an optical drive containing a non-bootable disc.
