Weird... Is it possible?

Specs: Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate, 2.493 GHz / 4094 MB
I was thinking, is it possible that my CPU is too weak to control or take my GPU Power.... Causing the GPU to work slower. Or Disabling some of GPU things for example: Multi-Cooling, Lower ESR Solid Cap, Vertex Shaders and other things like that.

GPU: ATI Radeon HD4850 @ 1GB

CPU: Intel Dual-Core E5200 @ 2.5 Ghz

I think that because, graphic card is to powerful, and processor just is trying to do anything to make the Graphic Card work on full power. But processor can't do it because its too weak. Is that true?

When i go to website Its a website where you can see, can you're system run that game. I select Crysis, it shows that i Pass all System Requirements. Even on Recommended and Very High settings, but weird thing is that when i start playing the Crysis on Resolution: 1600x1200 and Vsync On, Anti-Analising x8. And other settings to Very High. It goes with 10-20 FPS with huge lag.

You guys know what is Psyhic, right? When i thrown granade in a house lots of structures and crap goes everywhere, like houses wall just blows up. That takes alot of CPU Power, but still the website Show that i Pass all settings. But it still lags. When that house blows up FPS Goes to 10. I can't understand is that GPU or CPU Problem. I think CPU

And, theres another story about Multi-Cooling what should be built into mine Graphic Card.
When i first time bought my graphic card. And started playing Crysis. Graphics cards Temperature goes too 100C. When it goes too 120C The computer restarts. Then i bought Titan cooler and putted it on Graphic card. Now its normal all the time 40C. Am thinking why didn't Multi-Cooling work? Or it worked, but the game needed lots of power and Cooling didn't help much?

Well, now its fine with Titan cooler. All games goes with Max 45C temperature on GPU.

Anyways, when i bought my Graphic card it came with CDs. In those CDs as you know there were Drivers/Tools. Tools had this Gamer Hud program. With what you can OverClock you're GPU power. Right now its set too GPU: 745, Memory: 1030.

But when i go to DxDiag, you know what that is, right? It shows that my Graphic Card has 2.7 GB RAM Memory. But I don't i need to have 1 GB I didn't OverClock so much. Even if Gamers Hud Program is turned too default Settings it shows same 2.7 GB.

I got many weird problems with my Graphic Card.. Or those are common to you guys?

I think this all is something to do with my Weak processor. Or Unstable System.

Don't tell me update you're video card Drivers. That's just stupid.

Hope someone is so smart, and can help me. I think i need to buy a New processor for example: E8500.

Maybe, then my Graphic Card would work on full power

Without going into all the above. I'll simply say no.

You use a built in program called perfmon. It is performance monitor. It is best used on a remote system to show you what the actual load is on various parts.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10

There's nothing wrong with your system, you simply have the settings cranked up too high. Crysis is one of the most hardware intensive games currently available. Systems with much better specs than your's struggle with it...turn down the game settings:

So, i don't buy new Processor? Could you tell me to what kinda Clocks i should put my OverClock program? I have this ATI Center... I can OverDrive the GPU there too, and change Anti-Analising ecc... Should i configure there something too?

Edited: And why does Task Manager shows my CPU Usage: 100% All the time ? I checked all processes they all are normal windows processes. So why is it so unstable?
