Vista start button changed to XP on its own

March 10, 2010 at 14:08:55
Specs: Windows Vista Home Premium
Does anybody out there no why my Vista start button has changed to a XP one with the word Start on it. It just happened one day for no reason. How do you restore it back to the standard vista button?

Try rightclick to the start button and choose properties.
It may have changed to classic view.

Colin1234, Try a System Restore to the closest date prior to when the start button changed.

Using Windows 7 or Vista System Restore
