Hi,

Does anyone know if it's ok for me to sell my version on vista home premium? I installed it but really can't remember if i activated it... is there a way i can check if it has been activated? I removed it around an hour or 2 after installing so this disk is pretty much useless to me

If it was activated: No.
If the COA is not with the CD: No.
If you do not include hardware with it: No.
Overall you LEGALLY CAN NOT SELL IT.

See 16 a unless you have an upgrade product.

Yes you can sell it but it limits the next user.

Really a crooked deal in my opinion. They claim it is not a software as such, rather a right to use their software.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
