Vista login password - language problem

Specs: Windows vista
the default language in my laptop is enlgish and chinese, i am greek. i set a password in my administrator account in greek but when i try to log on there is no greek choice to type my password, there is only english and chinese, i have no other accounts in my laptop and i can not log on and change the language settings. i tried to enter through safe mode but it still needs the password i type the password in english and it won't accept it. any help?

How did you set it in greek if you can't log in in greek?

i can use greek typing when i am logged on windows but there is no greek option before logging there are only english and chinese, to tell the truth it is my little cousin's laptop and when she decided to password protect it she typed the password with greek writing without thinking that there is no greek option in the log on screen. we know what the password is but we can't type greek characters
i forgot to mention that this account was the administrator and there was no other account

I have the same problem but on windows 7. I tupe my passwoed on Bulgarian and now there is only English at log on.Please help me. dyndi89@mail.bg ; skype: coleonyx1

i couldn't log on and i finally formatted my laptop, but before doing that i removed the hard disk connected it to another pc and took the files i wanted
so only formating it will solve the problem
