User Control minimized in Vista Task bar

January 16, 2010 at 07:00:53
Specs: Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium, 3.166 GHz / 4093 MB
How do I maximize the User Control window? It always appears in my task bar blinking with a Orange color. I sometimes miss it and wonder what happened to the program I just selected. I prefer to have it come up on the screen instead. How do I do that?

Hi XpUser: Thanks for your reply. You got me. Yeah, that's the one. I don't know why they all started coming up minimized. One day it just all changed over and I haven't been able to find out where I can make it come back up on the center screen. Any help or direction will be appreciated.

Thanks XpUser. I just got around to checking out your link. I also found out that if I envoke Administrator Open first, then the window comes up in the center of the screen with any of the programs that come up minimize the first time. Thanks for your help.
