Update Adobe Flash Player.
Needs to be done from each browser if you have more than one.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Hi,

You can follow the below mentioned steps which should fix the issue:

•Open Internet Explorer, click on “Tools”, click on “Delete Browser History” then click on “Advanced” and click “Reset”.

•Ensure "Enable Hardware Acceleration" is unchecked, if not, right click on the video after opening video online (in hulu, youtube). Then click on the first folder “Display”. Uncheck "Enable Hardware Acceleration".

•Update Media Player Classic by clicking on the below mentioned URL: http://www.free-codecs.com/download...

•I will also suggest updating Flash Player from the site: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?p...

Hope this Helps.

Thanks & Regards

Hi,

Adding further inputs to my earlier post: Check the performance in Media Player Classic too and if the issue occurs there too, try updating it as mentioned above.

Thanks for the help Derek.

Thanks & Regards
