time executable has stopped working error

Dell / INSPIRON 530S

Just this morning have gotten this pop-up 3 times. Microsoft says no solution found. What does it mean and how do I fix it. It happened each time I logged on, and before or after I started using my ISP to do email or normal every day research.

I read the messages but my pop-up has nothing to do with my printer. It just says Time Executable has stopped working, and below that 'a program has stopped working and microsoft has closed it and is searching for a solution; then right after that it says microsoft found no solution and has the close button.' As I said earlier it has happened before I even log on to my ISP and sometimes while I am already on a webpage, different webpages-never the same one. I have just hit the close button then logged on to my ISP anyway. It's just getting irritating that it's just now started and I like some ideas on how to get rid of it; if I can.

If you google your subject line you will find this is normally due to a printer problem, mostly cured by re-installing its software.
