I wish to set up Google Hangout only on my computer with Windows Vista. I have been told that I also have to register a Gmail account too. Is this correct? Is this the same as registering a Hotmail account on my computer? Since typing the above I have been successful in completing the registration and do not need any further assistance. Many thanks.
