Is there anyway I can transfer or/and restore backupimage.cfg files from an external HD to my OS to recover old pictures/documents/etc? It would be the same HD that it was backed up from. I can read the .cfg files I want to restore them...is it possible how and where would I "copy" or restore to or from? I'm not on here much so you can reach me directly at luckydevil7776@yahoo.com Please and thank you for any and all help or suggestions. P.S. I'm running Windows Vista

If you want help to fix a computer issue you must be prepared to come back and get it from time to time, not expect to sit back and expect people to email you a free solution in their spare time.

By the way, putting your email address on the internet is why you are (presumably) getting a load of junk email. I can find it easily in google, therefor so can the spammers.

Please come back and let us know the outcome.
