Solved Received runtime error taking test online

July 8, 2011 at 22:45:39
Specs: Windows Vista
I was taking a test for an online class. When I hit submit I received a runtime error message. There appeared to be no time limit for the test but I don't know for sure. Could this message be a way to control the timing of the test or is it an error message that the computer or program malfunctioned? What does it mean?

The runtime error was a "server error in '/' application" message.

Hopefully this reply isn't too late for you, but the error message indicates a problem with their server -- not of your computer or any timing measure. It would be best to contact the administrator or technical department of whoever is giving the test (also to notify your teacher/professor so they don't give you an incorrect score due to the server error). :)

Thank you. I thought that was what it was but I wasn't sure.
