Realtek HD Audio Vanished

Specs: Windows Vista, 240/3gb
Hi

My computer is vista home premium and came with Realtek HD Audio and a NVIDIA Geforce 9300 GL

Under control Panel> Sound > Manage Audio Devices the playback Tab is not showing Realtek HD Audio anymore. This has changed after installing a BT mic and headphone application.

Also in the realtek hardware manager the tab for speaker test play has vanished.

I have tried Windows system restore but that does not work.

I have the supplied support disk. Is there any way I can get Realtek to be displayed again in the sound playback window? Is it just a matter of reinstalling the support disc drivers? And if so there are many folder to choose from which would it be and would it be?

Thanks
