Problem deleting files and folders.

Specs: Windows Vista, 4.0 GB
It did not answer how to permenately erase files/folders. I have ran a search on my computer, saw the files, deleted them (got the errors 1. do I want to create them? and not found.) I created and deleted. Sill more come back. How do I ERASE PERMENATELY. They are confidential file names that MUST be off my drive and search drive. HELP!! Thanks.

Try to boot to safe mode to delete them.

Might need to run the disk check either from command line or from tools.

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.
