Solved one or more ActiveX controls could not be displayed

Specs: Windows Vista
I installed a DSA software on my labtop the when I try to view the contents, I received the Following messages: one or more ActiveX controls could not be displayed because either: your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page.

1: Launch Internet Explorer.
2: Select Tools from the menu bar at the top of the page.
3: Select Internet Options.
4: Select the Security tab.
5: Select Custom Level.
6: Select Enable for the option “Download signed ActiveX controls”.
7: Click OK to close Security Settings.
8: Click OK to close Internet Options.
9: Restart Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect.

It may simply be that you didn't use Internet Explorer to view the contents of DSA.
All other web browsers cannot run ActiveX controls, only IE can do that.
