No Group policy editor on Vista Home edition

Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Professional, 2.793 GHz / 503 MB
Is it true that Vista home edition does not come with Group Policy Editor ? if so how do I set the restriction do not access drives at autorun ?

sorry those Links wont open for me , its blocked by a virus, on a public pc.

and my next question is , the last diagram down the bottom, it only shows how to disable autoruns on CDs and DVDs , however
I need to be able to disable autoruns on USBs as well. any help
would be appreciated.

There is an assumption that a CD is not infected. If you don't want cd's to autorun that is a registry edit.

If you have access to all usb devices then put an autorun.inf folder on each one to prevent infection.
