Solved My laptop won't boot up. Just the power button light only on

Specs: Windows 8.1, Ram 2gb
I downloaded and installed a bios from a Lenovo website.afer installing it asks to restart.after restart it update the bios and said your bios have been installed.then nothing is came.if I powered it on the screen not switching on and only the power button light on. Even keyboard light blink while I press the power button ,then it off.even the caps lock and num lock buttons also not switching the light on. I can hear the fan running inside the laptop.thats only working.

The first question we have to ask is: Why did you update the BIOS?
It is widely recommended that a BIOS only be updated when the
computer has a specific problem that the specific BIOS update is
specifically designed to fix. Is that the case here?

Second question: Did you back up the existing BIOS before you tried
to update it, or do you know that the update process automatically
backed up the existing BIOS for you?

How to backup the bios.my friend has the same laptop.can I copy that.
