Solved My hpw2408h computer says there is error code: BIOME-1

Specs: Hp , Windows vista
How do I get my hp running again it was given to me by a family member and was running great. I bring it home and started uninstalling old files one by one very carefully then all of a sudden it was scripted in what looked like Chinese or something then it said to shut it down and call someone

The model number you provided is to your monitor. However, if you were to search the error code BIOME-1, you'd find it means your memory module(s) aren't fully seated in their slots.

BTW, Vista is an accident waiting to happen. It's outdated, unsupported, & unsafe. Win7 support runs out in a few months so you should either consider installing Win10 or one of the many Linux possibilities.

You Uninstall "complete programs" NOT individual files. I assume you were "deleting" them one at a time and took out something you needed. When you delete system files it leaves registry entries with no reference points.

Only delete files that you put in manually yourself, such as documents, pictures and videos or it can cause issues. Otherwise uninstall programs from "Control Panel > Add-Remove Programs".
