|Thanks for your reply. This problem has only been in existance for about 3 weeks and I have used the same process you describe to correct it each time. The computer is set to use internet time and the correct time zone.|
Maybe there is a physical problem in a component, but which one ? - I am not an IT person. I forgot to write that tis computer has not had any previous problems in the 2.5yrs since purchase.
Your suggestion was appreciated in that it confirmed I was doing something right.
