how do I create a hotkey for my email address or my passwords so I don't have to type them in all the time?

I'm a novice at AHK but have managed to make it do what I've needed in the past, with a bit of cunning and some luck. It helps if there is a key equivalent of your selections. You can select by "position" provided the place where you enter the passwords is always in the same place.

Plenty of info about AutoHotkey if you google around, including examples if you search for bits and bobs of what you are trying to achieve. Include looking for "scripts", "help", their forum, and so forth.
