Solved laptop will not fire up now

Specs: Windows 7
hello, i started to do a full restore on my toshiba satellite L300, and had a power cut as a result my battery went dead and laptop shutdown. now im missing some files to start up to restart the restore, so can you help

You found out the hard way that you should NEVER do anything as important as a restore on battery power. I doubt you can pick up where you left off, you're going to have to start over. Make sure you have the power adapter plugged in this time. Notice the warning:

yes i have learnt the hard way as when i try to turn on to do it again it saying missing files and can't do nothing else. it also say...
FILES: \Windows\systems32\winload.exe

How to use the Bootrec.exe tool in the Windows Recovery Environment to troubleshoot and repair startup issues in Windows
Try inserting the windows disk, boot to it, when you get to the GUI portion, press SHIFT+F10 to get a command prompt.
Type in > bootrec /rebuildbcd & press > Enter.
