I keep getting 9995 error code when trying to burn albums I purchased from iTunes, using iTunes program. Tried to update driver for TSST CDDVDW TS-H653N from HP and it says I don't meet specs. I have triple checked that and I do meet their specs. Have also tried to burn using IMGBurn, no luck there either. Used several brands of CD discs, cdr, cdrw and dvdr. I have no clue what to do next. thanks

Hi Corgon,

Did you get any error while burning disk using third party application?
Are you trying to burn audio disk or Mp3 data disk?

Refer to the link mentioned below:

http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1476

Did you try burning anything else apart from iTunes album on the disk?
Have you ever been successful in burning a disk of iTunes album?

Thanks & Regards

After running diagnostics, tried again, same results different error code now it's 4280. I have burned cd's from iTunes in the past, but not since replacing harddrive. It's an audio, not Mp3, should it be Mp3? The new harddrive was cloned.

Try to burn with Windows Media player.. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/...

are you using the same cd's that you used to use with the previous hard drive? or are they new type of blank CD's? Certain drives / software can conflict with certain CD manufacturers.

Hi Corgon,

Uninstall iTunes. Restart the system and install the latest version of iTunes.

Let me know if that make any difference.

Thanks & Regards
