Specs: Windows Vista
so i have 2 ipods. iPod touch and ipod 3g. i
searched for a way to make 2 libraries in
itunes and i found out that you have to press
Shift then open itunes so i did that, and now
itunes wont open. :( i tried reinstall it, but then
the setup wont run :(
and whenever i plug in my ipod 3g, it shuts
down.

Uninstall iTunes and then reinstall it. Did you get the window up giving you the option to create a new library? You're apparently meant to hold shift (or the options key) while you're opening iTunes and continue holding the shift (or options key) until you get the window giving you the option to create a new library. Try that and let me know how it works.

I already uninstalled it then i downloaded it again, but the itunes setup wont
run :|
and before that, no window popped up giving me the option to create a new
library.

Have you run a system restore to a point before you tried to create the system library?
