Is it possible to run a binary with Vista?

Specs: Windows Vista
I want to download a tutorial which says that a Mac is required to run the program. Are there any ways around this so that I can use the tutorial on my NON-Mac which I use Windows OS?

Depends on version.

Basically your easy choice is to find a mac.

Otherwise might use pearpc emulator or get some of the osx86 work.

Might be possible to get qemu to run mac real slowly.

There are commercial programs that can allow you to run mac os programs but might cost more than $300.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10

Depends on the version of what? My os? It's just Vista Basic.

And I don't have access to a Mac, unfortunately, or I'd obviously take that easy route.

So you are saying that I would need at the very least to run Mac os somehow?? Sorry, but I don't know what any of those things you wrote above mean but I gather that it is running Mac alongside my own os and using the Mac os to run the tutorial program I want which uses these binary files. Am I close?
