Internet time synchronisation broke

Specs: Windows Vista
Hello everyone, just a few minutes ago I did a system restore to the 26th as my computer suddently went unusual (Wrong time and date, mouse too fast, wireless broken etc) when I turned it on. System restore fixed the mouse and wireless problem, however I can't fix my internet synchronisation problem now.

Whenever I try to synchronise now (as I have the wrong time currently), it says that it has failed. I tried with all the manual servers but they keep saying synchronisation failed. Does anyone have a solution how I can sync to fix my time?

Did you reset the time zone? Double click on the clock in the corner at the bottom and go to time zone.

Is that what it's supposed to be? Look at the net time command.
