Installing Chief Architect program in Vista

Hi I am trying to install chief architect x2 on my laptop. Once the program starts loading about 25% into it a message screen pops up and says be sure you can access C:/users/vincent/appdata/local/temp/wzcdd4/chiefx2/cafull1.cab

I see cafull1.cab in my winzip folder but when I look to place it in appdata/local/temp I can not find that folder.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

"C:/users/vincent/appdata/local/temp/wzcdd4/chiefx2/cafull1.cab"

Are you sure that's the exact error and the correct path?

File source not found. Then that directory.

You might want to try the installation as an Administrator.

You have to unzip (extract) the files to somewhere then run the program.
