I receive this message when I turn my compute

Emachines El1210-11 desktop pc

Specs: Windows Vista, AMD Athlon LE-1620
I receive a message with a red x "RUNDLL Error loading c:\windows\ INTDETUP.dll The specified module could not be found. What does this mean and how do I fix this problem?

click start and in the search area type msconfig hit enter, it will bring up the msconfig console, click "start up" tab. Now look in the list of things for one referencing that dll and remove the checkmark....you have to reboot and when it reboots you'll get message saying you have used the msconfig startup utility.....just click "don't show" again .....hopefully that will rid the problem.
