I do not want AIM to start automatically

May 6, 2011 at 07:06:14
Specs: Windows Vista
When I got my AIM account, I did not uncheck the box that said to automatically sign me in when I launched AIM, nor did I uncheck the box that said to remember my password. So I went into the settings and unchecked the box that said to sign me in automatically when AIM starts. Well, it doesn't do that anymore, but when I click to launch AIM, it still remembers my password and signs me on instantly and anyone who uses my computer can use my account. I don't mind that it remembers my username but I want to type my password in when I want to. How do I tell it not to remember my password and sign me in automatically? Do I have to change my password to get the chance to uncheck those boxes again?
