"I already paid a tecnician to fix the problem two days ago"

Then tell him to fix it.

You need to provide more information such as who is your email provider, what type of email client are you using, IE. web based or installed email program, etc.

"I tried to contact windows but they want me to pay money."

Windows is an operating system not a company. Are you saying you contacted Microsoft?

if this refers to yahoo mail... I'd avoid the pay for help like the plague...

Which email service are you using; and are you using it online directly, or via something like MS-Office/Outlook?

Also do you know the outbound (MTP) server for your email service?

Are you using Avast anti-virus? If so it is known to interfere with some emails outbound servers...

Have you tried to send with your email anti-virus monitoring disabled (albeit temporarily); similarly your windows firewall?

I'll add that "Windows is an operating system not a company" is an important distinction not a pedantic one. All the scammers (including the ones that phone you) say they are from "Windows", instead of "Microsoft". BEWARE.

As you have seen, not telling us what email you are using means that we can't possibly focus a decent response. There are stacks out there, some online, some installed programs. They are all quite different so guessing is of limited value.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
