Really depends on how/why it got deleted. If it just suddenly came up with the error without you having done anything then suspect virus activity & do a full scan for a start. If you uninstalled a program and it disappeared then try reinstalling the program, & if you do want to uninstall it, don't just click through boxes saying 'do you want to keep this file' warnings. Aside from that, don't go to any of the sites that offer dlls for download, most of them are rip-offs. If it only just happened, try System Restore to a date prior to the problem occurring. If not, then try running Windows System File Checker (sfc), instructions for doing that are HERE
