These services will not start because other services or devices they depend on are not running. This is by design. Safe mode loads only a minimal set of services and device drivers. That is part of the reason it is "safe". Why do you want these services in Safe Mode?

For one I'm Safe mode with Networking so no Anti-Virus with a internet connection and the Audiosrv service is for sound.

I fully understand what the services are for. What I don't understand is why you need them. Safe Mode is provided as a tool to restore normal operation. What is this problem that requires you to boot in safe mode?

What you are asking for is far outside a normal troubleshooting procedure.

well I booted into Safe mode because when I logged in in normally my taskbar and desktop stopped responding, which stopped my from doing anything except shutting it down, and I want sound as well as my Anti-Virus program up and running but I can't do that with out starting their services.
