Is there a way or a program that would allow me to have a message appear on my screen every night at the same time? Basically it is a reminder message for me like a Post It, but have it come up on screen every night and stay there until I delete it. Thanks

Thanks XpUser4Real for your response. Actually I was looking for an alarm type clock that would put up the message at the time I designated every night. This Date Reminder was more for important dates, minimum weekly. I needed something daily. But, thanks anyway. I'm still around, only not going on too many forums lately. Only when I get stuck or I don't get good answers in other forums. I am mainly on the Vista and Ubuntu forums. Getting familiar with Ubuntu 10.04, which I recently installed. Thanks again XpUser.

This one seem to meet your needs "Alarm is a digital clock that you can set to display a message and play a sound at a time of your choice."

Haven't tried it myself though.

Thanks guys. That is exactly what I am using it for. To remind me to take a pill at a certain time every night, because lately I have forgotten to do it. I made a sound bite of myself telling me to take the pill which plays when the alarm goes off. Considering I am at my computer around that time, it is a good reminder for me. Thank you all for your comments.
