How Do I Solve The Cannot Open GHOSTERR.TXT

what do i do when my computer is is trying to re-boot but cannot because it cannot open GHOSTERR.TXT
it gets about 10% into the rebooting and then says this error message

  1. … you mention trying to “reboot” but it sounds more like a (Norton) Symantec ghost recovery image failure (where) the error log file location does not exist.

    … You can change the default abort file (ghosterror.txt) location and name by specifying the switch -afile=filename where filename contains the path and name of the error file you wish to create.

    Example: ghost -afile=c:\errorfile.txt
