tyring to keep mywebsearchhomepage to stay on so when i turn the computer off and back on, it will appear.

Make that page your 'home' page in your web browser.
Now drop a shortcut to your web browser into your Startup folder.

I should google around about mywebsearch. That name rings a lot of bad bells with me.
I'm not so sure it is a good thing to have installed.

It's usually best to steer clear of extra toolbars. At the best they spy on you and some do worse things than that.

There are alternatives. Most browsers have an inbuilt search bar so you can select your own search engine.

Otherwise you could make your home page go directly to a normal search engine, or have a button on the Favorites Bar. Most folk prefer Google (although it is a bit nosey) but there are others too.
