Specifically, I removed two copies of Pando from my programs file. After I did that, Pando still shows in the Programs and Features listing (Without logo). When I try to remove it , there are no tools to do it. I checked program files and there are no Pando listings there. I removed Pando registry keys from User and Machine areas of the registry. I cannot re-install from the net. The installer stops after without installing.
I have searched and find no stubs or file parts to pando - How can I get it out of the system?
I would appreciate any help I can get here - I am not a power user and I have never seen this situation before.

Did you try going to Regedit and doing a Ctrl+F with Pando in the search field and then do an F3 until you get rid all instances of it? Take Care

if you have a restore point before you installed the software you could restore that. Answers are only as good as the information you provide.
