|It’s possibly a registry key issue. Open a Run window (Windows Logo key+R), type regedit, press Enter and in the left pane navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop. In the right pane check that the following two values, WallpaperOriginX and WallpaperOriginY are 0 (zero). If not, right-click each, click Modify and make them both zero. Restart the computer. |
