hi i have a Toshiba A300 laptop which i am running linux mint on because of hardware failure which resulted in the loss of my Windows Vista operating system now i want to know how to reinstall it i have no discs or anything to be able to do this and my serial number has never been used apart from obviously from the date i purchased my computer until this "incident" happened. is there a way to reinstall this?
note that it is a new harddrive that im using in it my hard drive was the problem so there will be no record of windows vista in the new harddrive i have installed this may make this impossible now though :(
well the problem was anger management issues so it really is my fault because i got impatient with it but now the regrets are kicking in because of compatability problems i.e: msn and yahoo don't work on linux and linux is complicated to install themes and stuff with them stupid TAR.GZ files they are so irratating at least with windows everything is just click and install the whole "copy and paste this into terminal" thing doesnt fly with me.
