Computer screen will not come out of sleep mode after powering up after being unplugged from power source for three days
You posted in the Vista forum but listed your OS as Android? And it's not clear if the tower is eMachines or the monitor. We're going to need a better explanation. The tower is more likely to be the problem than the monitor. What was unplugged for 3 days? Please post the make/model & model number of the tower.
A computer cannot remain in sleep mode after being unplugged
or otherwise losing power. Sleep mode requires only a small
amount of power, but it does require some.
Try holding the power on/off button down for about 7 seconds.

Oh, wait. As soon as I submit my reply, I understand what
you meant. The monitor will not come out of sleep mode
after having been unplugged for three days.
If you have the monitor user manual, or can find it online,
see if it has instructions for setting it up when using it for
the first time.
