Hi,
Whenever i turn on the computer i get two error messages. They are:

'g_Logger' is undefined' error message

Error in loading DLL

They both have this error URL:

file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Dell%20Support%20Center/sscommon/common/inc/ss_shellinclude.js

I have run a virus checker and nothing has been picked up. Do you know what it is and how to get rid of it please?

Many thanks

... seems to be a Dell update problem looking @ google

... might be worth trying system restore to a date before this occurred and turn off any Dell automatic updates .... well I would!

Thanks will give it a go. I think the problem is with the support centre programme and so will try and uninstall that and install it again.
Thanks!
